That's why we decided to offer all our products with free standard delivery to UK Mainland addresses*. Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands are not included in our free delivery service. Please get in touch with us for a quotation.

Smaller Item Deliveries

Our smaller items are generally sent via conventional couriers such as Parcelforce, DHL or UPS. Many offer a tracking service and an ETA of arrival given. We will, of course, share this information where applicable to your order. Please leave a contactable mobile phone number to ensure the couriers can contact you via call or text to arrange delivery where possible.

Larger Item Deliveries

For larger item deliveries, we use our logistics team, who specialises in large, bulky item deliveries. We aim to have your products delivered to you within 7-10 working days after the order arrives at our warehouse.

t any one time, we can have anywhere up to 7-10K products on our website and although some items are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, we also place stock on backorder with our suppliers and manufacturers and many of which are available between 2-3 weeks and 8-10 weeks for made to order items.

Delays in this instance will be fully communicated, and if you require a more specific time frame, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. For more oversized, heavier items, customer assistance may be required to help the driver.Delivery is strictly to the ground floor only for insurance purposes. We ask that when receiving a delivery to check the items before the delivery driver leaves, to be able to return your delivery in the rare event of damage. If you do not check goods upon delivery, we allow 24 hours after signing for goods for damages to be reported to us - claims for damages outside this period may be rejected. Our delivery team will contact you to ask for a convenient date for delivery, and in most cases, the delivery can include an ETA time slot, and you will be informed by email or text message. Deliveries are generally only available during the working week Monday-Friday, unless in special circumstances where arrangements can be made at additional cost for weekend delivery. Please make sure you can be available to take delivery of your product or input an address for delivery where someone can be present i.e. a work address or relative/neighbour.

Please always inform us if you will be unavailable on the suggested delivery date, and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative. Failed deliveries that have been agreed upon will result in re-delivery/cancellation charges. Late cancelled orders, where the item has been dispatched to the courier for delivery, will incur a charge to re-deliver the items back to us.Once the customer confirms a delivery slot, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they will be available to receive the goods, otherwise a re-delivery charge will apply.

There is nothing worse than having your products delivered just to find it doesn't fit in or around your home. Please be aware it is the customer's responsibility to check that any orders will fit through doorways, stairwells and staircases. This includes any tables with tops in excess of 220cm. Headboard over 200 cm tall. Always look out for twisty passages, low doorways and dog-leg stairs. You also need to make sure our delivery van can make it close enough to your home. Please note when it comes to delivering to apartment buildings, our delivery team will need to know whether there is a lift in the building that can be used to reach the various floors of your building. Due to strict insurance, our delivery drivers are only insured to carry goods to the first three floors only via a staircase (assuming your item fits up the stairs). Please speak to us beforehand if you need clarification and we will be happy to advise. If we can't deliver to your requested room, we will either leave the furniture at a place convenient to you, or we will take it away (lost delivery fees and restocking fees may apply). Should our logistics team feel that there is a danger to your property and equally to them in delivering large items upstairs, they may refuse to do so. If you are in any doubt, please talk to our team prior to delivery who can advise. A re-delivery charge will need to be applied should our team need to return or use more specialist equipment than the standard two-man crew.

Due to the weight and size of some of our products, once the team arrive, it is the customer's responsibility to move any pets and minors out of harms' way during the installation for safety reasons.

Upon receipt of the goods, it is the customer's responsibility to check over the order to ensure it is in good condition. We take full responsibility for any damage found during inspection only upon delivery.

ADEQUATE FLOOR PROTECTION - Please ensure you have placed adequate coverings to protect your lovely flooring or carpets. Due to health and safety, the delivery team cannot remove any clothing or footwear.

BREAKABLE OBJECTS - Knocks and falls sometimes happen so it's always best to remove anything that might break, or get damaged along the delivery pathway before the team arrives.

ACCESS ISSUES AND CUSTOMER DECLARATION - We encourage our drivers to go above and beyond to make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, but sometimes their dedication to help get your sofa in place could result in an accidental mark or two on your walls if your access is very narrow. The delivery team may ask you to sign a declaration saying that you understand and are happy for them to proceed with the unlikely chance that something may get damaged or marked. If you prefer not to sign this, we will only be able to deliver the goods to your front door.

PARKING - If your property has parking restrictions, it's very important that you let us know in advance so we can plan. If a parking permit is required, you must arrange this. Any problems with parking availability which result in a failed delivery or parking ticket will be chargeable to the customer.

DELIVERING MULTIPLE ORDERS - If you place multiple orders, please be aware that we are unable to group orders as they will be treated as individual orders and shipped accordingly.
